Virginia Blood Services employs more than 280 people. Our goal is to provide patients with the safest possible blood from donors who receive the best of care from our employees. VBS has an excellent orientation program for new employees (NEON), which has been recognized by AABB (an international industry accreditation group) as a "best practice."
